How can I turn my tablets into capsules?

I’ve bought a capsule filling machine and empty capsules but unsure of how to get started.

If you really wanted to do that, you could buy a good grinder, pulverize the pills into a very fine powder, then load that into capsules… but with all that work, you might as well spend the extra money to just buy capsules.
Also, there are some tablets that specifically should not be crushed or put into another form. Normally, they will say "time release", "sustained release", or something similar to that… you shouldn’t crush or chew those. Good luck!

I’m going to assume you are confident this is what you want to do, although it seems like a lot of bother to me. Here’s how to use the capsule machine:

Set up the plastic base by turning the props on the ends so that they hold the pierced base up about 1/4 inch off the bottom. Open each capsule individually and set the large parts into the holder. Sprinkle the powdered herb evenly over all the capsules. To get them really full, you can tap the machine a couple of times and fill again. Use the scraper (plastic or cardboard) to level the tops, dumping the excess herb out of the way. Now move the props out of the way so the base drops back down. Twist the tops on the capsules and store away from light and moisture.

    Hope that’s what you wanted.
