How to use Progesterone vaginal capsules?

I’m going through IVF treatment and I’ve been prescribed progesterone vaginal capsules.I received two small applicators along with the medication, but it didn’t come with directions for usage.The reason for my question is, I’m just curious how placing a "capsule" in the cervix would feel like?!!.I would appreciate any information regarding this.

You ARE NOT suppose to put into your cervix. You just have to put it into the vagina, high up close to the cervix. Mine never came with any kind of instructions either, but I think you will figure it out.
