I’ve tried diet and excercise, and watching what i eat. I haven’t really noticed a diffrence, though i know it takes time. What are some exercises that will help me loose weight, especailly in my tummy? Thanks, anythings helpful.

We’ve probably done 100’s of sit-ups, possibly bought one of the latest snazzy infomercial gadgets seen on tv, and have even used the big fancy ab "contraptions" at the gym. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to burn fat off our belly, either. Doing hundreds, even Thousands of sit-ups and crunch type movements, even if it’s on a special made "ab-a-tron" machine, doesn’t burn belly fat. It never has, and unfortunately it never will. Doing only sit-ups and crunches can actually cause the appearance of more belly fat, as the abdominal muscles grow in size and shape, they will push out against the fat, making it appear larger and thicker.

I’ve struggled for 3 years to get rid of the stomach fat caused by pregnancy. Those love handles and a stomach hanging over the jeans… depressing!. Then a work collegue told me about a program that he had just completed, and the results were evident with him. In 30 days he had lost over 30lbs, toned up really well, and looked very healthy. In the past I have tried gym programs that worked to a point, but they were all so time consuming and costly and the results took a long time to show forth. I admit I was very skeptical but his testimony was enough to inspire me to see if it really worked like he said it did.

Finally there’s been a breakthrough. In the last 4 weeks I have lost a total of 7.5 inches…Thighs 2 inches, bottom 2 inches, hips 1.5 inches, stomach 2 inches! My butt and leg is noticeably firmer and I’m already feeling so much better about myself. I haven’t felt this healthy in almost 3 years and a lot of people have remarked that my appearance has improved…it’s done a lot to improve my morale. My simple advice is, you have to sacrifice and spend just a few bucks to get a personal advice from a reputable trainer. You don’t need to spend a fortune to do it just like i do. Previously I’ve learned the hard way; internet is full of scumbag and scam using publicity gimmick waiting to rip off people like us.

Over the summer i plan to loose 20 pounds or more. The summer is 2 and a half months long. I want to loose it fast but in a healthy way. I don’t want to take diet supplements and i know i have to exercise and eat healthy. What im really looking for is a good plan to follow.

How do you loose weight in youur stomach and gain wait in your legs?

Im happy with my body like im a size 2 but i have chicken legs, which make my stomach look bigger then it is. How do you gain weight in your legs and loose weight in your stomach?

I wasn’t going to answer this but then I realized how terrible some of the responses were. Here is a real response.

You can infact gain weight in one spot and lose it in another. Fat is going to accumulate on your stomach unless you have low body fat. To loose body fat you need cardio exercise and a good, healthy diet. To shape your legs, you need to be doing weight lifting exercises that target your legs. By adding cardio, dieting, and weight lifting you will effectively lose fat everywhere, including your stomach, and gain muscle in your legs and booty.

You need to do squats, deadlift, lunges, resistance biking, running hill/stairs, calf raises, leg press. These are all great leg exercises but the number 1 best and easiest for you is going to be squats. So if you do any or all of the exercises i named, make sure you at least do your squats.

Here is how you can do squats. First practice without weight. Put your hands out in front of you for balance and just bend your legs all the way while keeping your eyes on the ceiling so that your back is arched and sturdy. Your legs should be about shoulder width. Once you get the form down you don’t actually have to look at the ceiling, that just helps some people with the form.

Next, grab a heavy dumbell and hold it to your chest and do the same motion. This is called a goblet squat. Once you get good at that you may want to try barbell squats which allow you to do more weight. Put the barbell on your shoulders and stabalize it using your hands. Don’t be afraid of trying more weight. It’s important that you step up the weight to challenge your legs. Just make sure you either have a spotter or safety rails (usually in a squat cage) for if you fail on a set.

Keep weight high and reps low. Do 2-3 sets of squats 3 times a week and you will effectively build leg muscles like the hulk and as long as you do additional cardio exercises, you will lose tummy fat.

I want to loose 20 pounds as quick as possible as naturally as possible. Just need help getting a regime together I guess.
I’ve been working out and everything i just need to know whats best to tone and flatten my stomach and what i can do maybe to help boost my body to loose the 20 pounds.

I exercise everyday and eat right. I like my body, but I just want to loose that five pounds. I also want to get rid of my cellulite. Please help!

Add a few 100 yard sprints to your exercises and stretch that part of your legs for about 20 minutes by doing butterflys and common stretches. To lose the weight, don’t eat after 6:00pm, at latest 7:00. Instead drink water and go to bed early so you aren’t bothered by hunger. This isn’t being aneorexic, it gives your body enough time to digest your food and burn extra calories. Good Luck. Hope I kind of helped.
