I am 5′ 7 and weigh about 148, I am trying to loose weight so hard I work out everyday for thirty minutes becasue that is about as much time i have to work out, I need tips on how to loose weight so I can see some improvement I have not seen anything. Prom is May 1st, I atlaest want to loose a couple of pounds before then?? And is the Green tea fat burner actually work at all and would you reccommend it??

honestly, exercise might sound like a cliche, but it really is the best way to lose weight. you should probably do more than 30 minutes work out each day though. and do a healthy combination of weight lifting and cardio (BOTH are equally important)

I have to loose 30 pounds in 40 days ill do anything besides exercise and diet its not fast and it doesnt work for me. No drugs eather. Anyvody has any home remedies?

I really need to loose weight …I’m very unhappy and I know that that wont change unless i get in shape.
I want to loose it fast, but i also want to do it the healthy way, because i really want to loose it nd keep it off for ever.

There’s no such thing as a fast and healthy way. Losing 2 pounds a week is considered healthy, anymore than that and honestly it will come right back. It sounds lame, but the only way to lose weight is to do what you know you have to–exercise and eat less calories.
If you have significant extra weight it might come off a little quicker depending on your current habits.
You have to try and get an hour of exercise everyday, if you do nothing now, start by just walking and gradually branch out…try going on a hike, look up routines online…cardio is important but depending on where you live and the resources you have (if you can join a gym) you’ll need to be resourceful.
Eating is very important. DO NOT starve yourself, it backfires every time. Breakfast is especially important and should be your biggest meal. Oatmeal is good, fruit, lowfat yogurt, whole grain toast, eggs are good options. Try to add more veggies into your day, virtually no one gets enough of them and they’re full of amazing nutrients. Lean proteins are important, beans, chicken…you don’t need to deprive yourself of anything though, just make better choices. Instead of having 2 or 3 slices of pizza and a coke, eat 1 slice (thin crust is best) and have a salad (not drenched in ranch). No soda or sugary drinks, drink water or unsweetened tea (maybe with splenda or purevia)…drink enough water…a lot of people mistake thirst for hunger and you’ll fill up faster and feel better.
I know everyone wants a quick fix but the reality is there isn’t one…if there was 2/3 of this country wouldn’t be obese.

I really despise running, its just too painful. I realy like the eliptical but don’t have access to one. Can I loose fat by weight training alone?

No. It doesn’t burn enough calories. You have to do something to get your heart rate up. Could you bike, or swim, or hike?

The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise 30 minutes a day, or at least 3 times / week. Staying away from fast food and junk foods and eating more fruits and veggies will help slim your waist line. Also, consulting a nutritionist will help create a meal plan that is the best for you.

Here’s some of my favorite items to purchase at the store:
green leaf lettuce, bananas, baby carrots, any other fruits or veggies that are on sale, low fat cheese, eggs, (lots of eggs, i mostly eat just the whites), kefir, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, milled flax seed, skim milk, corn flakes, granola, vegetable juice, canned tuna, 100% whole wheat bread, lean beef, turkey, pork, and fish (when I really wanna spoil myself I’ll pick up a salmon fillet and bake it mmmm)

Can an extemely loose hub cap on my vauxhall astra cause wheel imbalance?

Steering wheel wobbles at 60mph. Is this caused by the loose hub cap or do wheels need balancing and the hub cap is incidental?

If a hubcap is not centered when driving, then the weight isn’t centered. I’d take the hubcap off and test it without.

I need to loose 4 inches from my waist asap. I want to join the military and the recruiter told me I need to loose 4 inches. I am cutting carbs to almost none and working out at the gym 6 days a week. Anything else?

Running is a great way to lose weight. Swimming as well. Eating healthy is also key. Carbs, like starches, are actually good for you, but as long as you don’t eat them in excess. Cut back on sugars, oils, fast food, fatty foods, junk food, etc. Also, eat with friends who don’t eat a lot or are very fit, that way you watch what you eat because you’ll feel self conscious. As friends/family for help. Sometimes criticizing your weight will help you find the strength to work harder at losing weight.

I want to loose weight but I have no time to go to the gym or go shopping for the equipment needed if at home. So what’s the best way to loose the pounds without using anything?

The easiest way to lose weight — Start out gradually
1) Weight yourself once a week and write it down and keep it where it is visible. Graph it if you are a visual person.
2) Exercise – write it down, keep it visible, graph it is you are a visual person — the easiest exercise is walking and running. Start out walking and work up to a pace of 15 minutes to 17 minutes a mile. Then work up to 3 miles – you will burn about 500 to 800 calories, depending on your speed and hills. After you can walk a mile in 15 to 17 minutes, then start an interval training of walking, running, walking, running and walking — repeat that for the 3 miles. Gradually increase the amount that you run.
3) Write down everything you eat. After a week, look at what you wrote down. Work to eat the same amount and breakfast, lunch and dinner, but cut out everything in between. Then start changing what you eat. Eat at home and fix vegetables, non-processed fruit (not canned fruit in syrup), with just a little meat.
Put all your carbohydrates in the morning and noon, for dinner do not have any bread, potatoes, or any dessert.
Look at your plate (only one plate) 1/2 vegetable, 1/4 fruit, and 1/4 meat (not fried, but grilled, baked or broiled). No food 3 to 4 hours before bed. No diet pop ever (soda or whatever you call it)
About once a month, write down everything you eat. Compare it to what you ate at the beginning. Keep track, you will be surprised how if you keep track you will change. Be honest with yourself.
I started this regiment and it worked. My cholesteral went down and my weight went down and I slept better at night.
