What is the easiest way to loose weight efficently and healthy?
Wednesday, April 14th, 2010I am 5′ 7 and weigh about 148, I am trying to loose weight so hard I work out everyday for thirty minutes becasue that is about as much time i have to work out, I need tips on how to loose weight so I can see some improvement I have not seen anything. Prom is May 1st, I atlaest want to loose a couple of pounds before then?? And is the Green tea fat burner actually work at all and would you reccommend it??
honestly, exercise might sound like a cliche, but it really is the best way to lose weight. you should probably do more than 30 minutes work out each day though. and do a healthy combination of weight lifting and cardio (BOTH are equally important)
