Taking Valerian Passion Flower herbal capsules for anxiety, anything better to take?

Hi, I’m currently taking valerian Passion Flower herbal capsules for some anxiety that I been having off and on during driving. I know they’ve been helping with calming my mind but is there anything else out there that is better? And nothing that costs an arm and a leg. Thanks.

Go to a doctor and get meds prescribed. I pay like $3 for my prescription anxiety meds. :-]

    Hey you can use a tablet called rescue (also a herbal capsule)
    Otherwise I’d suggest going to see a doctor so that he can prescribe you something stronger
    It also depends on your case – why you feeling anxious etc
